On version DHIS2 2.37.0, In case you have assigned any data element with "Aggregation Level", it fails the system to run analytic tables. It took me some time to figure out where the problem is, so I am sharing this experience cause I am pretty sure there are a lot of instances out there applying the “Aggregation Levels” to data elements especially Population
It is a bug that can be reproduced on the Demo site as well. So, I am going to report in JIRA
