I downloaded an event capture android app after installing and trying to login I receive this error:

Error .java.net.ssl.SSLprotocolExeception: SSL handshake aborted: ssl=0x6cfd6148: failure in SSL library, usually a protocol error

Error: 140770FC:SSL routines: SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO: unknown protocol

(external/openssl/ssl/s23_xlnt.c:769 Ox67224ec8:0x00000000

Any help, what’s the solution?

Hi Moses,

Do your server have a self-signed SSL certificate? Does it work to log in if you remove the ‘s’ from https in the url?
