API response process error when syncing data from tracker capture app

Hi colleagues,

We are using DHIS2 tracker capture app and as one of our data collectors tries to sync data she is getting the error message “API response process error” - can anyone shed light on what this means and how I could enable her to sync data from the administrator side?
