Hi, everyone.

I can not enter data for a tracker capture on android tablet. When I click on the tracker name, I get the following error : “Oops something didn’t go as planned. Let us get you back in action”

Hi @hernandezmachava . I guess you are getting a crash in the application. Can you get more information from it and provide it here?

If you have no data inside the application and you keep getting this crash the whole time I would recommend uninstalling and installing the App and trying again.

Please let us know.

I managed to get the problem solved. What I did is sharing the tracked entity type with the users who will be entering data on the tablets.
