Does Dhis2 offer a tool that allows us to analyze all data without being limited to a specific organizational unit?

Hi @sami12111

What sort of analysis do you have in mind? It is possible to select the Organizational Unit (OU) at the national which depending on the configuration could display a visualization, map or report at the national level.

The OU answers the question ‘where’ so eventually we do need to have some sort of time/place for the data we’re analyzing? I’m not sure also how this is relevant to EMIS, would you please share the use case?

Let’s say I have a program running in 5 different cities, and each city has slight variations in the form. After collecting the data, I want to visualize the data from all the cities in one single chart.

You can create an organization unit group and make sure all these cities are added to the group, and then create indicators as well as predictors that will take into consideration the variations. After that, you can use the Data Visualizer, select the period, select the Organization Unit group, and select the metadata (indicators, data elements, predictors…etc)
