Which version are you using?

You can achieve this two ways

1. Program Indicators, create 5 program indicators with filter for each
age band. Used in pivot table, visualizer and GIS
2. Create a legend with these age bands and assign the legend to the
attribute Age. Used in Event report and events visualizer
