Adding same data element multiple times in the event program

I am looking to have these kind of form in event capture.

Is it possible to add same data elements multiple times in program. If yes how can we do it please help me on this.

Hi @nirijastha,
From the form ou posted, I think you’ll need to have OUs for Health Facility and District, but the rest seem to work as Data Elements.

Please would you explain the use case a bit more. I don’t see any repetition in the form you posted. One data element (metadata) in a program can have as many values (data) possible.
