Adding descriptions in Dashboards

Hello!

Does anyone know of a way of adding text boxes in a dashboard explaining the graphics, and giving an introduction to the individual dashboard?

This would be really helpful!

Dear Georgi,

Have you tried using the interpretations app in DHIS2 2.26? There is an option of adding interpretations to items on the dashboards

Hi Timothy,

Yes I have used the interpretations app. I would like the text to be displayed on the dashboard and ideally for each report. I guess that I can build a Long text data element, generate a report and add to the dashboard. Descriptions of reports could be in the name itself. It would be neater if there was another way of doing that, though.

Dear Georgi,

Display of the kind of description you want is not yet supported but its a good ideal you can write a jira issue. I guess it should be a quick fix since right now when saving the object table or chart, you can add a long text description that if provided for could be added in the object on the dashboard.

We have the ability so add a sub title - not much info thous

But also we has a description when saving
