Hi devs,
I’d like to propose adding support for using actual and expected number of reports in indicator formulas. It would serve a similar purpose as the current "orgunit group count" functionality, but I think there are many instances where the data set assignment is a more up-do-date proxy for the number of facilities providing a service. Also, in some cases you might want to use the number of facilities that have actually reported as a denominator, rather than all facilities.
