A strange question

I have a monthly entered form where there are fields to insert the cumulatives from the last month.

Actually I will not allow none to fill it. I want to insert an indicator on the form with that info. How can I do?

I do not think you CAN currently . This implies some sort of time lag as well as a cumulative total for the year (I guess you are referring to a calendar year). As I understand the indicators in data entry forms, they inherit their periodicity from the dataset. What you want to do is mix period types which is not currently supported AFAIK.
